My Safe Resume Influencer Program Terms & Conditions

1. Introduction Welcome to the My Safe Resume Influencer Program. By signing up and participating in this program, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions. My Safe Resume reserves the right to modify these terms at any time.

2. Eligibility

• You must be at least 18 years old to participate.
• We reserve the right to refuse participation in the program for any reason.

3. Affiliate Links and Promotional Content

• Influencers receive a unique referral link upon acceptance.
• Promotional content should reflect your genuine views and experiences with My Safe Resume.
• Direction & Oversight: We provide marketing materials and guidelines, but the views you express remain your own.
• Compliance: Influencers must comply with advertising standards, such as FTC guidelines.

4. Ownership of Content

• My Safe Resume retains full rights to any content created in connection with the program.
• Content can be used, modified, and distributed by My Safe Resume without compensation.

5. AML (Anti-Money Laundering) Checks

• We may run AML checks on influencers to comply with legal obligations.
• Influencers agree to provide the necessary documentation for these checks.

6. Payment and Earnings

• Commission Structure: Influencers earn 20% commission on sales and 5% on renewals.
• Monthly rewards of £750 will be divided among the top 3 performers based on the number of referrals.
• Identity Verification: Influencers must submit valid government-issued ID before receiving payments.
• Taxation: Influencers are responsible for managing their own taxes.

7. Disclaimers and Limitations of Liability

• We are not responsible for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
• We do not guarantee any minimum earnings or outcomes.
• My Safe Resume is not responsible for technical failures or interruptions of the SIMM platform.

8. Confidentiality

• Influencers must not disclose confidential information about My Safe Resume to third parties.

9. Termination

• We reserve the right to terminate your participation at any time, with or without cause.
• Influencers can also terminate their participation at any time with written notice.
• Upon termination, commissions stop, and unpaid earnings may be forfeited if there was a breach of the terms.

10. Governing Law

• These terms are governed by UK law, and disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of UK courts.

11. Additional Terms

• Affiliate Conduct: Any deceptive or unethical behavior results in removal from the program.
• Fraud Protection: Any fraudulent actions will lead to termination and forfeiture of commissions.
• Referral Link Use: Influencers must not use their referral link to make purchases for themselves or family members.
• Non-Exclusivity: Influencers are free to participate in other affiliate programs.
• Changes to the Program: My Safe Resume reserves the right to modify the program’s structure at any time.
